To protect your legal rights, this return and exchange policy strictly adheres to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and relevant UK consumer protection regulations, clearly defining a 14-day cooling-off period for returns and exchanges. III. Return and Exchange Process
Please strictly follow the following process for returns and exchanges to ensure your application is quickly reviewed and processed:

- Review and Confirmation: We will complete the review within 2 business days of receiving your email. Upon approval, we will reply via email with the specific return address, return instructions, and return tracking number (please be sure to label the package with the return tracking number for quick verification). If the review fails, we will explain the reason for failure in detail (e.g., the product does not meet the return/exchange conditions).
- Shipping the Goods: You must ship the eligible goods, along with their original packaging and labels, to our designated return address (as per our email reply) within 14 calendar days of receiving the approval email. We recommend choosing a trackable logistics company and retaining the tracking number to avoid loss of goods.
- Goods Inspection: After receiving the returned goods, we will complete the inspection within 3 business days, verifying the condition, quantity, and accessories to ensure they meet the requirements.
- Processing Completed:
- Refund: After acceptance, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 14 business days. The refund arrival time depends on the processing time of the payment platform and bank (usually 3-7 business days).

IV. Shipping Cost Responsibility Rules

If you find any quality issues after receiving the goods, please contact us within the 14-day cooling-off period, providing photos of the defective items and your order information. We will verify the information and process a return or exchange for you, bearing all related shipping costs.
- If the quality issue is due to human-caused damage (such as damage caused by improper wearing or washing), it will not be considered a quality issue and will not be eligible for a free return or exchange. You can contact us for repair services (repair costs will be borne by you).

- If you provide false information, forge defect photos, or return goods not sold by our company during the return or exchange process, we will not process the return or exchange and reserve the right to pursue your relevant responsibilities.
